I use a bunch of web apps through the browser¹ instead of via their desktop apps. One of those is the beloved communication app Microsoft Teams.

I obviously also use uBlock Origin, which I usually don't pay attention to. But this time the number of blocked connections caught my eye: uBlock Origin blocks 4161 (26%) of the connections that MS Teams is trying to make:

I'm not a network engineer so don't know what this means in practice, but 4 thousand blocked requests seems like a whole lot of connections for chatting with a colleague.
